Preface The HinduPhilosophy of religion, the oldest in the world, as contained in the four Vedasviz. Rig. Sam, Jaju and Atharba were composed by the autochthonous Hindusbefore 1500 BC. They had ecribed the way of life of their egalitarian societyof which one of the precepts is you should make endeavour to convert this worldinto a heaven and enjoy that heaven in this life itself, along with the others.Some of the other precepts had empowered everyone including th females tocompose the Hindu Philosophy of religion; and also perform the religiousceremonies, rites and rituals; and everyone could pursue any profession due tothe system of compulsory education. This is Hinduism in brief, the Philosophyof which would provide absorbing literature for fascinating experiences. Subsequently,a foreign race of Shepherds had come and usurped the ruling power. They hadassumed the sobriquet ‘Brahmin’ to conceal their origin. They had describedtheir way of life and also announced the mandates of their martial polity torule over the Hindus for eternity through their compositions viz.Smriti-Puran-Vedanta-Upanishads-Gita etc. which had ‘reserved’ all the rightsand privileges only for the Brahmins. The Hindus (and even the daughters of theBrahmins) were deprived of their imprescriptible rights through savagecruelties. That is Brahrainism, the Philosophy of which would evokedisenchanting conjectures. Their Text had created heaven only for the Brahmins.The non-Brahmins are, however, prohibited by the Text to read the same. Thesetypes of irreligious injunctions in the religious Text coupled withd thepermission to commit brutal crimes by the Brahmins againts the Hindus withimpunity always helped the Brahminism to flourish by subjugating the Hindus anddistorting their Philosophy of religion. The ‘divide and rule policy of theBrahmins to rule over the Hindus (non-Brahmins) for eternity by dividing theminto Kshatriya, Vaisya, Shudra Castes and their original father and theoriginal mother depicted in Tabular forms. The underlying concord between theprecepts of the Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism, Sikhism etc. have been outlined.The roles played by the Christian rulers in India have been highlighted. Thenecessity to have a disquisition on the impact of the Muslim rule in India a:Verses from the Smriti-Puran-Vedanta-Upanishads-Gita ete, have been reproduced.for over 1000 years on the culture, Philosophy of religion etc., of de Hindushas been discussent, The concealed fact is that the Brahmins are incligible toperforms religious rites, rituals and ceremonies as debarred by their TextManusangita. The Hindus always demanded that the Brahmins shouló give up theirirreligiously usurped rights; and merge with the sons of the soil, as was doneby all the other foreign races like the Greeks, the Psytho-Parthians, theYue-Chi etc. In 1947 the rulers of about 500 independent states had given uptheir ‘right to rule” and merged with the people of India. Shortly beforethat, the “Depressed class’ (Scheduled Caste) did not establish separateindependent states for themselves on the basis of the ‘separate electorategranted to them by the British government, although the Muslims had establishedWest Pakistan and East Pakistan (Bangladesh) for themselves on the basis of thesame decision. If the Scheduled Caste had established separate independeritstates for themselves, they would have become the Presidents, Prime-Ministers,Governors, Chief Ministers etc.of their states. But the Scheduled Caste peoplehad sacrificed those bright prospects of their future generations! Otherwise,several Passport and Visa would have been necessary to travel in India. In1947, the British rulers had left India; and the Indians got complete freedom.The Brahmins did not learn from those illustrations and have been continuingwith their usurpations, though about one per cent. That is why the Hindus(non-Brahmins) though 99 per cent, do not possess even the ‘equal right toreligion’ till now in spite of the constitutional guarantee; and that amountedto virtual denial of citizenship to one thousand millions of Hindus! All theseindicated the impact of the different Philosophy of religion as expressedthrough the conduct of their adherents. The precepts of the Brahminical Textsviz. Smriti-Puran-Vedanta-Upanishads-Gita etc. are opposed to the objectives ofthe U.N.O. and the Commonwealth; and those precepts are responsible for thecontinuing backwardness as also the isolation of India in the internationalsphere which have been analysed. It seems, the different Philosophy of religionin the world have been relegated by the statesmanship of 192 member countriesof the U.N.O. and now a dynamic philosophy of religion would have to be evolvedto meet the changing requirements of a progressive world.
